    Dr. Patricia Sciortino-King

    Dr. Patricia Sciortino-King is a third-generation dentist born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island, New York. She was inspired by her father and grandfather to pursue a career in dentistry and has always had a passion for serving the community and advocating for healthcare.

    Dr. Sciortino-King obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Italian and a concentration in Ethics in Healthcare from Villanova University. She then graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska, with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Following her graduation, she completed a two-year general practice residency at Staten Island University Hospital/Northwell Health, where she graduated as the chief resident of her class.

    In her approach to patient care, Dr. Sciortino-King values patient education and collaboration. She believes in treating patients the way she would want to be treated and takes pride in providing a comprehensive evaluation of each patient's needs. She enjoys working together with her patients to achieve successful long-term treatment outcomes and loves getting to know the entire family. Dr. Sciortino-King keeps up-to-date with the latest techniques and technology in dentistry.

    Dr. Sciortino-King specializes in comprehensive and cosmetic cases and treats patients as young as two years old. Her areas of expertise include implant restorations, veneers, fillings, crowns, bridgework, pediatric treatments, endodontic treatment, extractions, bone grafts, and bruxism appliances. Additionally, she offers TMD Botox injections to help patients with bruxism and clenching issues. Dr. Sciortino-King is also certified by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in sleep apnea and fabricates various oral appliances for use in conjunction with or as an alternative to the CPAP machine. She is trained in digital scanning and milling technology and is Invisalign certified.

    Dr. Sciortino-King is a member of several professional organizations, including the Suffolk County Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Dentists for a Better Huntington, and the International Team for Implantology.

    Dr. Sciortino-King lives in Huntington with her husband, who is a native and graduate of Harborfields High School. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, learning new recipes, and listening to live music. She has a son and goldendoodle named Marty.
